A great fund-raising school event
Every teacher and PTA volunteer knows just how important it is to find fund-raising events that truly engage children, parents, close family and the local community. What better than an Exhibition of Children's Paintings in which each professionally framed picture can be sold to raise funds for the school and for our own special children's charity. What's more…

It costs the school nothing!
The school and the PTA lays out no money and has no organising to do. All the money is raised through the sale of the paintings. A portion of this goes to Hibernian Art Foundation for its own costs and affiliated children's charity. The rest goes to the school for its fund-raising purposes.

Promotes creativity
Everyone can get involved in this Art project. Children paint happily, developing a theme of their own choice or one that could be set on a form by form basis or which might be inspired by other pArt of the curriculum. Each child selects his or her own best work for framing, or it may be discussed and chosen more formally by teachers or peers. The whole journey to the day of the exhibition can be good fun and highly creative.

Boosts self-esteem
Self-esteem is probably one of the most important qualities that parents and teachers can help to develop in their children. "That's mine. I did that one!" We hear it time and time again. Children love showing their work and being praised for it.

A painting to keep
Parents can buy a lasting memento of their child's creativity. Each painting is robustly and attractively framed and mounted behind glass. How many times do paintings proudly brought home from school somehow disappear after doing the rounds of domestic piles in kitchens, halls, porches and fridge doors - or after slipping, tattered and faded from the walls of bedrooms and play areas?

Everything done for you professionally
You provide the venue for the exhibition - the school hall, gym or other assembly area. We do all the work. On the day of your show we arrive with exhibition panels and the precious cargo of framed paintings. There'll be special panels to carry lists of exhibitor names and the location of their paintings in the room. There'll be lighting and special effects, and music to spark the atmosphere. We do all the hanging and we man the sales desk. Outside your school, a large printed banner will promote the exhibition to parents and friends who might have overlooked its mention in the school newsletter or who may not have seen the forewarning of the show delivered home by the children.

Excellent local publicity
Local newspapers soak up stories about events that get parents and children smiling and involved. Our exhibitions usually attract at least one reporter and photographer from local or regional newspapers, and sometimes the events make useful stories for local radio. We can arrange photo calls on your behalf. Not only will children get their faces in the local papers but this helps to raise the profile of the project or charity for which the money is being raised.

All in a day
We are in and out in a day. Everything is tidy and we will take away all the frames that are not sold, for recycling, later returning the pictures to the school.
